Tower Hamlets Council seeks suitably qualified and experienced project management professionals to support the planning and implementation of an upgrade to the Council’s Social Care episodic Care Management system. The Council is currently running Framework and the project will be to move to Mosaic. Experience of project managing a deployment of Mosaic within a Local Authority is preferred. An understanding of the complexities of operating Social Care services within Local Authorities is also preferred. The project is expected to be delivered in 14 months.
