Northampton Borough Council Cleaning of Multi Storey Car Parks

To provide a comprehensive cleaning regime of the Council’s four multi storey car parks (MSCP): Grosvenor, Mayorhold, St John's and St Michael's. This will be in the form of a structured daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly cleaning regime, including to the internal and external glazing and the delivery of a rapid reactive service to ad-hoc unplanned cleaning tasks.
