The consulting services are required to assist and advice to the Employer in the administration of the Contract for Works with due diligence by carrying out the duties of the Engineer assigned to him in the Works Contract which will be based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Construction (1st Edition, 1999). The Works Contract encompasses 2 lots as follows: (1) A new construction of Ternopil bypass road, which disconnects from the M-19 road at km 315+629 and adjoins the M-12 road at km 159+272; (2) A new construction of the grade separated traffic interchange located at km 615+629 of the existing road M-19 Domanove (in Brest direction) – Kovel – Chernivtsi – Terebleche (in Bucharest direction) (via Vinnytsia). The assignment is expected to start in the second quarter of 2022 and last up to 24 months (plus 1 year of Defect Notification Period).
