The scope and purpose of the procurement: The municipalities of Sandefjord, Andebu and Stokke have in application to the Ministry of Local Government and Regional Development been granted their application to merge to a new municipality from 1.1.2017. The name of the municipality shall be Sandefjord and will hereafter be called the Customer. In the 3 municipalities, there are currently 2 different case and archive systems being used and as part of the ongoing merging process it has been decided that the Customer shall go to procurement of a new case and archive system. The work with the procurement will be built on close cooperation between the responsible work group, professional procurement competence and ICT competence.
