Operational Test and Evaluation (OT&E) for NNWN NH90 Helicopters

The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (FLO) published an ‘Invitation to pre-qualification’, (Doffin ref. No 2019-396269/TED ref. No 2019/S 121-297588) for support for the operational test and evaluation of NNWN NH90 helicopters. Only 1 tenderer submitted a ‘request for participation in the tender’. This tenderer fulfilled all the qualification requirements. An ‘Invitation to Tender’ was then sent to the qualified tenderer. FLO received a tender from the qualified tenderer by the submission deadline. FLO then negotiated with the tenderer. The tender complies with all absolute requirements given in the tender documentation and does not contain irregularities that call for the tender to be rejected. The tender was otherwise deemed to be acceptable. NOVA AEROSPACE AS is the only supplier who has given FLO an offer that fulfils al the requirements in the tender documentation and is, therefore, awarded the contract for the operational test and evaluation of NNWN NH90 helicopters, (Doffin ref. No 2019-396269/TED ref. No 2019/S 121-297588).
