Support and Maintenance of Case Management System.

The Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission intends to enter into a 3 year contract (with two x1 year options to extend) with Equiniti-ICS Limited for the support and maintenance of the Commission's bespoke Case Management Solution. (This contract will include the development of system enhancements if required). The value of the contract will be EUR 91 660 per annum X 3 = EUR 274 980. This will increase by an additional EUR 91 660 per annum for years 4 and 5 should the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission exercise the option to extend the contract. An additional EUR 100,000 has been included in the estimate of cost at V.4 for possible system enhancements that may be required over the course of the contract. Some, none or all of this may be required.
