The input consists of green waste and logs from garden waste collections, Household Waste Recycling Centre, municipal parks and gardens and private contractors. The items of plant supplied will be for the exclusive use of the Council at this site and must be able to efficiently and effectively process the input described. The composting plant and equipment required is screen, shredder and windrow turner.
