We refer to the previously announced tender competition concerning a framework agreement for consultancy assistance PKI and eID which you registered your interest in participating in. The contracting authority has unfortunately made an error in connection with the announcement of the tender competition by stating in point II.1.4) of the announcement form that parallel framework agreements are to be entered into with two suppliers. It is stated in Section 15-3 first paragraph of the Public Procurement Regulations that in the case of parallel framework agreements covered by Part III of the Regulations, framework agreements must be established with at least three suppliers. The error can only be rectified by cancelling the tender competition. We apologise for the error. We will shortly announce a new tender competition.
