In connection with project 1004910 New Government quarter, Statsbygg would like to qualify participants that may be interested in submitting a tender for the general contract K905 temporary entrances for the G block. It will be necessary to construct temporary person and goods entrances for the Ministry of Finance in the G block during the construction of the new government quarter. The use perspective is estimated to be approx. 10 years. The entrances are to be constructed as 2 separate building volumes that will connected to the G block on the facade facing Høyesteretts plass via two previous entrances in the buildings basement. One entrance will be for goods deliveries and the other will be a universally designed personnel and visitors entrance, with a reception, baggage checks and security gates. The 2 building volumes must have the same type of facade design. They will make up an area of approx. 130 m 2 gross. The buildings will be supplied from and connected to the technical installations in the G block. The G block is a listed cultural memorial and is included in the government development plan for the new government quarter, regulated under §12-6 zone requiring special consideration — preservation of the cultural environment.
