The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for a framework agreement for environmental planning and issues consultancy work within the South of England Forest District. The core objective of the framework will be to obtain the necessary consents within the Town and Country Planning Legislation to allow operational work plans to be delivered. This work will involve: 1. Obtaining the necessary consents within the Town and Country Planning Legislation to allow work plans to be delivered. 2. Delivery of Local Development Orders (LDOs) 3. Stakeholder Engagement (for example meetings with key stakeholders or statutory consultees to discuss issues prior to submission). 4. Managing Planning applications through to Approval. 5. Preparing specialist reports to support planning applications (e.g. ecological assessments). 6. Preparing maps and plans to accompany Planning Application submission. 7. Attending client meetings as required.
