Blackpool Entertainment Company Limited intends to implement revised ticketing arrangements, initially for the Blackpool Winter Gardens, and are looking for suitable applicants for the Supply, Installation and On-Going Support of Blackpool Entertainment Compant Ltd's (BECL) Ticketing System. The future extension of the solution to include ticketing of other attractions and events both in Blackpool and further afield, is a key objective. The opportunity will be advertised under OJEU Procurement Regulations 2015 (Competitive Procedure with Negotiation) and Requests to Participate are invited from entities with the ability to meet the requirements. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial tenders without conducting negotiations.
