Other than Places for People, the contracting authorities listed in Annex A are acting together as the Eastern Procurement Ltd (EP). Tenderers should note that all EP members are participating in this procurement on their own behalf and on behalf of future members. EP is also procuring on behalf of the Places for People Group Limited for itself and on behalf of its present and future subsidiaries. Eastern Procurement Ltd are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver the planned improvement works and services in relation to: LOT 1 Heating installation and improvements LOT 2 Grounds maintenance and arboriculture Lot 2a – Norfolk Lot 2b – Suffolk Lot 2c – Essex Lot 2d – Cambridgeshire Lots 2e – East Anglian Religion LOT 3 Internal and external decorations inc. repairs prior to painting LOT 4 Carbon reduction framework Eastern Procurement intends to deliver the Multi Service Frameworks under framework agreements. The successful contractors may also be required to carry out other planned improvement works. Eastern Procurement intends to award eight multi-party framework agreements for a period of four years but tenderers should note that call-offs will be made throughout the life of the framework agreements, including during the final year and may last beyond the term of the framework agreements.
