Renholdsverket, hereafter called the awarding authority, invite actual actors to register their interest for participation (pre-qualification application) in a negotiated procedure for a contract for the reception, transport and treatment of residue waste for energy utilisation. The contract is for the reception of residue waste for energy utilisation, possibly the necessary operation of the reception place, pre-processing and intermediate storage, as well as transport from the reception place to treatment. Most of the waste is collected by the awarding authority’s refuse collection vehicles directly from households in Trondheim municipality. These amounts also include waste collected from municipal businesses in the municipality. A small amount of the waste will be received at the recycling station at Hegstadmoen. The awarding authority would also like an option for loading and transporting combustible residue waste from the recycling station. The assignment is described in more detail in the attached "contract description". Tenders can be given for all of or parts of the assignments. The above work assignments can therefore be carried out in one or several contracts depending on the outcome of the competition.
