Audiology Patient Management System

The Authority is seeking to procure a Patient Management system for the three Audiology Services; Adult Audiology, Paediatric Audiology and Implant Service. The 3 respective Audiology services currently use 3 separate computer systems, supplied and supported by 3 separate suppliers, to manage their patients. Each solution is internally hosted by the Authority on 3 separate instances of infrastructure equipment. By implementing a single solution across the three separate Audiology Services it is anticipated to deliver on-going financial benefits to the Authority through a single maintenance and support charge and a single platform from which to operate the new solution from. The solution delivered must be an ‘On-Premise’ implementation and must be market ready, available ‘off the shelf’. This tender is not a software development opportunity.
