Requirements stated as mandatory must be met before the remaining aspects of this Prequalification Questionnaire will be scored. Inability to meet mandatory requirements will result in exclusion. The 6 Companies with the highest scores will be taken forward to Tender for the specification attached as additional information. Site visits will not be provided. PQQ return date is Noon on 13 May 2013. All returns must be via the Public Contracts Scotland website. Access to the PQQ will cease at Noon on 29.4.2013.
