The contract is a framework agreement contract, which will be subject to the Framework Agreement and Order Conditions of Contract. Hampshire County Council, Hertfordshire County Council and Kent County Council will be the participating Central Buying Consortium members in this contract, all requiring delivery separately to each authorities location's. Non participating CBC members may wish to join the contract at a later date. The majority of us operate a warehouse operation, which provides our customers with a cost effective, simple solution to all their day-to-day purchasing requirements. We operate fixed priced catalogues, which need to remain competitive for a 12-month period; so we will be seeking the best prices available to ensure sales are maintained.
