The service provider shall: — Tidy and group the archive folders; — Digitalise archives (see separate appendix with specifications); The core of the archive shall be made available via web portal (see separate appendix with specifications). — Ensure a safe and proper transfer and storage of the archive material. For this tender process the award authority is using Visma TendSign.
