The Contracting Authority requests tenders for procurement, production, personalisation and distribution of driving licences and personalisation and distribution of professional driver's licences (henceforth referred to as Cards). The tenderer, shall together with the Contracting Authority, prepare card stock and accompanying letters for the driving licences and accompanying letters for the professional driver's licences. The current template for card stock shall be used. The supplier will be responsible for: Driving licences: Development of card stock, Production of card stock, Personalisation, Distribution to Customer, Reports to the Contracting Authority. Professional driver's licences: Development of card stock, Production of card stock, Personalisation, Distribution to Customer. Reports to the Contracting Authority: Note: The production of Card stock for Professional driver's licences is held in stock at the Contracting Authority. The development and production of professional driver's licences may be relevant if the requirement is more than what is held in stock at the Contracting Authority. The cards shall be ready for personalisation 1.1.2017.
