Shannon Development is a regional development company. The brief of Shannon Development is to generate industry, tourism and regional development in the Shannon Region which includes counties Clare, Limerick, North Tipperary, South Offaly and North Kerry. The Company’s extensive property portfolio throughout the region includes approximately 3.7 m sq. ft. of industrial space, 58 business parks/enterprise centres and 29 multi-tenanted buildings. Shannon Development wishes to create three separate selective tendering panels for the provision of tenders for the following 3 maintenance contracts; Lot 1 (Please refer to note 1). General services contract for the Shannon Region. Lot 2 (Please refer to note 2). Building maintenance contract for the Shannon Region. Lot 3 (Please refer to note 3). Landscaping contract for the Shannon Region. Note 1 - General services contract for the Shannon Region which incorporates waste disposal, pest control, fire extinguisher, fire/intruder alarms, cleaning, lift maintenance, sanitary disposal, secretarial/administration, potted plant, door mat, security and monitoring sub contracts. We will not be seeking separate contracts for these items. Note 2 - Building maintenance contract for the Shannon Region which incorporates routine and emergency building, electrical, heating, plumbing, painting, public lighting maintenance and pumphouse maintenance works. We will not be seeking separate contracts for these items. Note 3 - Landscaping contract for the Shannon Region which incorporates the landscape maintenance in our 58 business parks/enterprise centres throughout the Shannon Region.
