Procurement Procedure: Restricted procedure (Preceded by an open pre-selection) Reference publication of call to tender: The call for pre-qualification of companies was published on March 19 2016 in OJEU No. 92677-2016 Issuance date of call to tender: Call to tender for all pre-qualified companies was issued on September 5 2016. Contracts’ Purpose: Construction works for the “Rehabilitation of the Western Corridor in three (3) lots: Lot No. 1: La Entrada- Santa Rosa de Copán, Lot No. 2: La Entrada-Los Ranchos and Lot. No.3: Los Ranchos-El Florido”, located in the Department of Copán. The approximated total length of the three (3) lots is 118.16Km. Receipt and opening of Tenders date: October 31 2016 Number of tenders received: Five (5) for the Lot No.1; three (3) for the Lot No.2 and two (2) for the Lot No.3 Results of the Process: Until the issuance date of this publication there are results for Lots No.1 and 2, the Lot No. 3 decision stills in process. Contract's awarding date: February 17 2017. In accordance with the established procedures in the Tender Documents, the contracting authority issued the contracts’ award notifications for the construction works of Lots No.1 and No.2. Also, submitted, notification letters to all non-selected tenderers with a summary explaining the reasons on which the awarding decision was based. Before contracts’ signing the contracting authority conceded ten (10) days to all non-selected tenderers to request for any revision procedures, in this way, granting the tenderers right to complain.
