Our aim is to have a contract that will enable the Northern Lighthouse Board to be confident that all network issues are being promptly and effectively addressed by either one contractor or a number of contractors accredited in the required network support services. The contractor/contractors must have experience in the provision of network support services detailed within the tender document, and understand the environments within which we operate. The contract period will be for three (3) years with an option to extend for a further 1 year.
