KCL13-0553 Supply and Installation of an XMR Scanning System.

King's College London invites tenders for the supply of a XMR imaging system plus ancillary equipment and associated space refurbishment, including installation, for the Division of Imaging Sciences and Biomedical Engineering. The XMR system is intended to provide a state-of-the-art research facility within the Division predominantly for cardiovascular work; however, there will be elements of foetal, pelvic, abdominal, neurological, MSK and oncology investigations. It is intended that the system will be sited 4th Floor, North Wing, St Thomas" Hospital, London, SE1 7EH. It is expected that the successful supplier of the XMR Scanner System will provide a full "turnkey" installation service. Work required for preparation of this space and installation of the XMR system and associated accommodation forms part of this tender. King's College London would actively encourage research collaboration within this project. Potential suppliers should indicate the likely nature and scale of their contributions to research collaboration.
