Shropshire Council is looking for a service provider or providers to undertake the provision of residential care services at the following two residential care homes for adults with a learning disability in Shropshire which it owns: 1. Lodge Lane, Bridgnorth which has 4 residents; 2. Blackfriars which has 3 residents. Applicants may tender for one or both of the services. The contract(s) for the services will be let for a period of 5 years, from the expiry of current contract in June 2016, with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
