Stage 2 — Tender Documentation — Procurement of an Access System

Avfall Sør plans to implement an access control system for user identification and access control at our 4 recycling stations. The system is to be put into operation when the new recycling station is opened in Sørlandsparken in autumn 2021. Avfall Sør serves households in Kristiandsand and Vennesla Municipalities. Services include a collection scheme and reception scheme at the recycling stations. In addition, refuse collection from cabins is offered in the owner municipalities. The sanitation fee consists of a fixed part and a variable part. The fixed part covers, amongst other things, operation of the recycling stations. It is important to ensure that the sanitation fee is fair by it being the customers that pay for the services who have access to use the services.
