The contract consists of the design, development, maintenance and operation of the so-call PCS - Capacity Broker system. PCS – CB is in essence the new major version of the existing PCS-Envelope Concept (PCS-EC). The new major version can be split, by processes which would be supported, into eight main parts: 1. New Path Request (Annual Timetable) 2. Late Path Request 3. Ad-Hoc Path Request 4. Short-term ad hoc request (as a subtype of Ad-Hoc Path Request) 5. Rolling Planning Path Request 6.
