S:t Erik Försäkrings AB, corporate identity number 516401-7948 (S:t Erik Försäkring) hereby invites tenderers to participate in this procurement of services regarding reinsurance of Property Damage (framework agreement). The risks concerned are the property, extra expenses and business interruption risks related to the City of Stockholm. All entities owned by the City are insured by S:t Erik Försäkring. A concluded framework agreement does not guarantee that the reinsurer will obtain a share in the forthcoming reinsurance programmes but gives the basis for the contracts that will be awarded for one year at a time after the conclusion of the framework agreement. The reinsurers within the framework agreement will not be obligated to submit a tender in the contract award procedure regarding the annual reinsurance programmes. Following a tendering procedure within the framework agreement, S:t Erik Försäkring and awarded tenderers will conclude contracts containing the conditions for the forthcoming reinsurance programme. S:t Erik Försäkrings intention is to conclude multi-year framework agreements in accordance with the conditions set out in these tender documents.
