Råde municipality, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, plans to construct 24 sheltered housings situated in Karlshus. The assignment shall be implemented as an engineering, procurement and construction contract. Arkiteam AS is transferred projects based on terms given in “Fastpristilbud of detaljprosjektering”, annex F. See Annex A “Konkurransegrunnlag for åpen anbudskonkurranse totalentreprise" for further description of the procurement. The Awarding Authority uses Mercell Sourcing Service in this tender procedure.
