A turnkey contract regarding a 6 MW boiler fuelled by wooden pellets. The pellets could also be of industrial quality. The boiler will be fitted into an existing building. The boiler will work as a single production unit as well as a unit together with other boilers in the same plant and even in the complete district heating system. The boiler should be built to meet the requirements as a 72h periodic monitoring (AFS2002:1(§17 och § 18)). The boiler shall be equipped with an industrial control system which should be able to connect to a parenting system. The boiler shall be built as a hot water boiler (110 °C) and have construction pressure on the boiler PN10/150 °C. Requirements regarding combustion properties. Environmental value, NOX (10 min. mean) 50 mg/MJ. Environmental value, CO (10 min. mean). 120 mg/MJ. Environmental value, Dust (ndg vid 13 % CO2) (10 min. mean) 20 mg/m3ndg.
