The works, briefly described below, must be performed in strict application of the criteria set by local legislation on historic buildings subject to constraints, on waste disposal and on the use of environmentally sustainable materials: • Technical check of the walls, removal of damaged plaster where necessary and restoration of the walls with new plaster; • Removal of existing paint and application of new painting; • Restoration of all doors and windows, metal grills protecting windows of the basement included; • Replacement of the front patio door; • Replacement of the gutters and drainpipes; • Replacement of the original decorative ornaments; Works, depending on local weather conditions, shall start in March 2023 and terminate in October 2023, for a maximum of 220 calendar days. Up to 10 subjects will be identified who will be subsequently invited to the second phase of the restricted procedure, which will be awarded with the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer.
