The Republic of Srpska (hereinafter referred to as "the Borrower") has received a loan from the European Investment Bank – EIB (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") – towards the cost of the Road Rehabilitation Republika Srpska. This International Invitation for Tender relates to contract EIB/RS-2011-01W for the Rehabilitation of Regional Road R477 Kozarac - Mrakovica in the Republic of Srpska. This contract is expected to be implemented from July 2011 to October 2011. The criteria to be used in the tender evaluation is the lowest responsive evaluated Bid price, provided that such Bidder has been determined to be eligible and qualified in accordance with the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders. On request, against a faxed copy of the evidence of the remittance, the Bidding Documents may be sent by courier service if the transport is previously ordered by the Bidder in his country. The Borrower bears no responsibility for the delivery in such a case. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 30.000 (Thirty thousand) KM or its equivalent in a convertible currency fulfilling the conditions indicated in the Bidding Documents.
