The over-riding purpose of the GDRDP contract is to facilitate the successful application for Planning Permission for a Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), marine outfall and orbital drainage system located at a site in the northern part of the Greater Dublin Area in conjunction with the Engineering Consultant appointed under a separate contract. The key objective of this engagement is to provide a mechanism to communicate with and engage meaningfully on an ongoing basis with the public and all statutory and non-statutory stakeholders. The successful applicant will be required to develop a strategy to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are aware of the project and have an opportunity to input into the process.
