The objective of the procurement is to make sure that the Norwegian Storting (Parliament) can offer members of the Storting and employees high quality language courses in accordance with requirements. The procurement is divided in 4 main groups: I. Language courses at the Storting (French and German). Option for other languages if requirements occur. II. Language courses held abroad: a. English, b. French, c. German. Tenders can be submitted for 1 or several framework agreement areas. The contract may be awarded 1 - 4 providers in order to cover all 4 areas.
