CP1856-19 – Water Quality and TMV Servicing Term Contract

This contract is to undertake water quality inspections and servicing of Thermostatic Mixing Valve (TMV) installations in premises within the Devon County Council (DCC) estate. The contract typically but not exclusively covers schools who subscribe to the Devon maintenance partnership, academies who subscribe to the Devon academies maintenance agreement operated by NPS SW Ltd, children’s centres, social care units, offices, other corporate buildings along with libraries operated by Libraries Unlimited South West Ltd, Youth Centres and other youth facilities operated by DYS Space Ltd. It is the Council’s intention to appoint one contractor to deliver the contract throughout Devon.
