Provision of Workstations Support Services for the Ministry for Health - T095/13.

Through this tender, the tenderer commits to support workstations that are still under warranty as well as workstations that are no longer under warranty. In particular the tenderer commits to provide: (a) software related support and excluding hardware repairs; supplier transfers all hardware related calls to third parties who could be either the providers of warranty or others such as in house repair teams; (b) both software related support and hardware repairs. A clarification meeting will be held on 14th January at 10:00 hours (CET), at MITA, Gattard House, National Road, Blata l-Bajda to answer any questions on the tender document which are raised during the same meeting.
