Regenda will utilise bespoke terms and conditions; contracts awarded may run to a maximum term of 5 years. The estimated contract value across the 3 lots awarded is approximately 113 500 GBP per annum. Procurement for housing have been appointed by the Regenda Group to facilitate this tendering exercise.
