The Awarding Authority requests that the supplier provide a price on the following modes for the operation for the solution: 1.The Awarding Authority operates and maintains the hardware, operating systems and database 2. The supplier is responsible for updating the solution. The solution is placed in the Awarding Authority's offices 3. The supplier is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the entire system (ASP). There is a strong focus on efficient work process's within the municipalities, and the new solution shall support this. The solution will be tightly integrated between the administrative systems and the professional systems within the municipalities, which will help eliminate double registrations and unnecessary work process's.
