Consultant architecture and technical development

We need to have a contract with the good providers of technical services in order to develop good digital teaching resources for sixth form education. NDLA would therefore like to enter into framework agreements for the development and improvement of our digital teaching aids. The potential total limit for the framework agreements will be approx. 8 000 000 NOK -12 000 000 NOK per annum. This competition is for framework agreements for the following service areas: — Technical architect, system and delivery manager; — API; — Development based on PHP and PHP framework; — Development based on Java and Javascript; — UX, Front end development and design; — Authentication, cashing, indexing and searches; — Competence connected to development with Drupal; — Test and test management; — Development of H5P libraries; — Structuring and preparing taxonomy/taxonomies and data structure; — Measurements and analysis; — Consultant architecture and technical development; — Development of H5P libraries. See the qualification documentation for further information on each service area. A framework agreement shall be signed with a minimum of three (i.e. a minimum of 3 tenderers per service area). The final number of parallel framework agreements that will be established within each service area will be judgementally assessed in the evaluation based on the fact that NDLA must ensure access to sufficient capacity within each service area.
