Supply of 20 low-floor two-axle Trolleybuses, new, produced not earlier than 2023, M3 category, designed and constructed for the carriage of passengers, comprising more than eight seats in addition to the driver’s seat, and having a maximum mass exceeding 5 tons, in accordance with UNECE Regulation n°107. The Trolleybuses shall be with a left-hand steering wheel and 100% low floor, with autonomous run not less than 20 km in “duo-mode” with dynamic charging of traction accumulator batteries or “in-motion charging”, designed for passenger transportation as public transport at trolleybus lines with a nominal voltage of 550-600 V (according to EN 50502). Overall Trolleybus dimensions: length: 11,500 mm - 12,700 mm (with current collectors lowered); width: max. 2,550 mm (EU Regulation) excluding side mirrors; height: max. 3,800 mm (with current collectors lowered) (DSTU 4905). The Trolleybus is expected to provide a capacity for at least 80 passengers, including at least 26 seats. The seats and the seat backs must be made of reinforced plastic as attached to the frames. The passenger compartment shall be provided with: at least 1 place for a passenger in a wheelchair, and 4 seats for preferential categories of passengers.
