UHV Vacuum Vessels (DLSPIN0370).

Diamond Light Source are expecting to tender for a series of UHV vacuum vessels of approximately 2.5 m long and 0.5 m diameter with two branches of the same diameter and approx 0.6 meter each welded on top and bottom in the form of a cross. Suppliers will also be invited to supply the internal vessel and associated cooling pipes (maximum pressure 2 bar absolute). All parts will have to be cleaned to Diamond UHV standards and all welding should be done by qualified welders.
