We have taken the decision not to proceed with this procurement for the following reasons: An insufficient number of compliant bids was received in multiple Lots. The Councils intend to adjust, refine and further develop elements of the specification and terms and conditions with the aim of improving the service and the number and quality of bids received. Please note that the Councils, jointly or separately intend to commence a new procurement process for these services, with an anticipated launch in 2 to 3 months' time where appropriate. Prior to the launch of the new procurement process, we envisage undertaking early market engagement. We will contact you in due course to let you know where further information can be obtained about the new procurement process and early market engagement.
