CS was awarded the European Space Agency (ESA) contract for the Sentinel-2 Mission Performance Center (MPC). In the frame of this contract, CS is responsible for procuring the Expert Support Laboratory (ESL) for Level-2A products, using the ESA Best Practices (BP) procedures. This ITT shall cover the procurement of the ESL L2A. The selected bidder shall enter into a contract with CS which shall be a sub-contract to the overriding S2 MPC contract between CS and ESA.
