Home is looking to appoint a provider for a repairs and maintenance service for its commercial premises located all around the UK (Inc Scotland). In total Home owns/rents in the region of 70 commercial premises. The provider will be working with our central Facilities Management team located at Home's head office in Gosforth, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Home has a mixed responsibility for repairs to these buildings dependant on lease arrangements, service charge elements and other landlord responsibilities. There will be a requirement to provide planned preventative maintenance visits to all Commercial premises. Home will require a planned preventive maintenance plan for all sites within the first six months of the contract term.
