The University wishes to purchase a new Multi-Beam Echo Sounder (MBES), which will include all associate system equipment. It is intended to adopt a ?cradle to grave? (whole life) philosophy, with the possible award of a through life support contract, until system disposal or re-life. During this award we would also like to investigate the possibility of fostering a partnering approach, to ensure improved utilisation of equipment and shared cost of ownership.
