The Contracting Authority is potentially seeking a supplier to provide an e-procurement system capable of a range of functionality allowing the Contracting Authority to plan, prepare, run and manage procurement's in full compliance with PCR15 and all other relevant public procurement legislation and best practice. It is anticipated that the range of functionality required from the e-procurement system will include: planning, sourcing, tender creation and management, creation and publication of relevant notices, tender issue, tender evaluation, contract award, e-auctions, dynamic purchasing systems, spend analysis, contract and supplier management and data management and reporting. The above is neither an exhaustive or final requirement. It is subject to development prior to any potential subsequent Contract Notice.
