NCC’s intention is to procure a civil enforcement service provider committed and able to provide a high quality parking service, which encompasses its strategy, policy and one which can adapt to the changing needs of its stakeholders whilst ensuring that the Service is delivered in a cost effective manner to achieve the Councils outcomes and objectives. The intension is to procure a "live" contract where resource is managed effectively with flexibility due to changes in respect of legislation and policy (although not limited to) and to apply a "joined up approach". This will entail a quality based, proportionate, common sense, policy led approach and that the chosen supplier will provide a ‘seamless’ Service in the management of the County’s on and off-street parking regulation.
