The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead will be going out to tender for Grounds Maintenance Services for both The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Wokingham Borough Council. The services to be covered are listed below: — Parks; — Recreation Grounds; — Play Areas; — Amenity Grass; — Bedding and Shrub Bed Areas; — Various Sports Pitches that will need to be maintained where indicated to County Standards; — Aviaries and Wildlife Management; — Cemeteries; — Allotments; — Highway Verges; — Housing Areas. To allow both The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Wokingham the opportunity to engage with suppliers prior to going to tender a free Market Engagement Day has been organised and we would like to invite all potential providers to attend. The Councils are seeking this opportunity to engage with providers to better understand the market, this knowledge will help shape our specifications and our contracts; and ensure that when we go to the market with this opportunity it will be fit for purpose and have the necessary flexibility to be effective for the duration of the proposed contract. We are asking potential providers to complete a short questionnaire so that we gather information about the views of current providers, and would be grateful if organisations you could complete it and return it before the event.
