The Contract comprises the design, execution and completion of the N5 Longford Bypass road project including without limitation the provision of: — 2.6 km of standard single carriageway National Primary road, — approximately 0.8 km of tie-in to the existing N5 and N4, — approximately 0.8 km of farm accommodation roads, — at-grade roundabout at the jucntion of the proposed N5 and existing N4, — at-grade roundabout at the jucntion of the proposed N5 and existing N5, — a new bridge structure over the dublin to sligo railway line, — a new bridge structure over the river camlin, — a new clear span bridge structure over the ballyminion stream, — realignment of local road l-1001 including provision of a new underbridge, — new access road including an agricultural underpass, — improvement of existing junction of local road l-1001 and N5, — various drainage, landscape, environmental, accommodation, fencing and safety barrier works, — various earthworks, road marking, signing and lighting works, — various works including diversion of assets of authorities, utilities, and service providers, — various ancillary works. The full scope of the design, execution and completion of the Works is ascertained byreference to the Contract as a whole.
