Provision of Relocation Services to Fusion for Energy Staff.

The scope of the present Open Procedure is to conclude a Framework Service Contract in cascade with maximum 3 contractors for the provision of relocation services for Fusion for Energy Staff. It shall be valid for a period of 12 months and may be renewed (on an automatically renewed basis) 3 times under the same conditions, covering a total period of 48 months. The Services shall be mainly provided at the contractor's premises which shall be based, as a minimum requirement, no further than 20 km away from Fusion for Energy's offices in Barcelona. The services are divided in 4 main categories: 1) welcome pack and home search; 2) help-desk; 3) schooling; 4) departure services. The tenderer is also required to provide reports.
