The subject of this tender is the provision of an Electronic Vote Counting System for the Office of the Electoral Commission. The scope of the services required extends to the provision of a technical infrastructure and associated support services to supply a facility for electronic counting for the 2019 European Parliament and Local Council Elections, any subsequent General, European Parliament, or Local Council Election and any casual election during the period 2019 to 2024. Tenderers shall deliver a complete solution for the required infrastructure and services. The end-to-end solution includes the process from receipt of ballot boxes to the result being calculated and made available to the Electoral Commission for publication. This will require a broad range of technologies and capabilities.
