Stortingets administrasjon has started a programme for modernisation and efficiency improvements. The administration has started several processes to map the status and start work on making the Norwegian Parliament more efficient and modern. This requires increased development orientation. The administration is, thus, looking for assistance with: — methodology for problem analyses and system development, — the establishment of an appropriate organisation of development work, which, in this case, will be about uniform working across the line organisation, — relevant work methodology for carrying out alterations, — increase the organisation's knowledge of the above. The administration would, thus, like the development of a uniform parliament reception desk, in addition to creating wanted user effects, to be used as a case that increases the organisational knowledge of new work forms and methods in alteration and development work.
